So you’re tough, but are you tough enough to take on the Junior Tough Guy and Gal Challenge?
This is a chance for primary and intermediate aged kids to get involved in New Zealand’s biggest mud run series in a version tailored especially for them! The Junior Tough Guys and Gals will take on a 1.5km or 3km muddy obstacle course consisting of swamp crossings, a spider’s web net climb, crawl under obstacles, beautiful native bush trails, tunnels, hurdles, a climbing frame, water crossings and not to mention, mud mud and more mud!
All competitors will receive a special finishers medal for taking part!

This venue provides a magnificent course with spectacular scenery for the ultimate experience. The course starts in the grass car park and heads out into the farm land behind the stadium. The facilities include hot showers, toilets, changing rooms and free parking.

Camp Wainui provides a unique opportunity within a NZ Native bush environment. Run through water trails, crawl under barbwire obstacles, clamber through tunnels, wade through swamp crossings and pull yourself up hill climbs. The facilities include hot showers, toilets, changing rooms and free parking. Please car pool if possible, as parking is tight.

The Ngaruawahia Christian Youth Camp offers a stunning venue nestled between the Waipa River and the Hakarimata Scenic Reserve. The camp is set amongst 38 hectares of native bush and pastures, ready and waiting for tough guys and gals to take on the challenge. The facilities include hot showers, toilets, changing rooms and free parking.

This event is based at the Massey University Recreation Centre with a fantastic course for the Junior Tough Guy and Gal Challenge. The facilities include hot showers, toilets, changing rooms and free parking.

The original Clifton Station of 13,500 acres were purchased in 1859. It stretched from Clifton to Cape Kidnappers and right down to Ocean Beach. Just 20 minutes from Napier and Hastings. Clifton Station is adjacent to the multi million-dollar Cape Kidnappers golf course and is one of the most spectacular locations in the world. The facilities include hot showers, toilets, changing rooms and free parking.

Home of the traditional V8 Supercars Series in NZ, host of annual agricultural and horticultural activities in the district and situated only 5 minutes from the local town centre. With access being ample and space not a problem at this venue, the large acres of fields offer the great opportunity for an epic Junior Tough Guy and Gal Challenge Course. The facilities include hot showers, toilets, changing rooms and free parking.

Only 20 km out of the Auckland CBD, the Kumeu Showgrounds is a blank canvas of 80 acres. The facilities include hot showers, toilets, changing rooms and free parking. We will have designated car, van and bus parking areas available.
